tests: suppress Nashorn removal warning

After the upgrade to Java 11, the simulation
tests get the warning:

Warning: Nashorn engine is planned to be removed from a future JDK release

Supress the warning since it is an issue with
Cooja and not relevant for the Contiki-NG tests.
