Implementation of the Dorfmann and Ogden 2004 used for Wharton's jelly mechanical characterisation
===============================================================================
This code aims to reproduce the non-linear viscous behaviour of soft biological tissues undergoing cyclic mechanical loads.
It is based on the work of:
Dorfmann, A., and R. W. Ogden. 2004. *A Constitutive Model for the Mullins Effect with Permanent Set in Particle-Reinforced Rubber.* Int J Solids Struct 41 (7): 1855–78. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ijsolstr.2003.11.014.
It has been used to reproduce the mechanical response of Wharton's jelly (WJ) membranes under tensile loading.
The results are published in:
Baldit, Adrien, Marie Dubus, Johan Sergheraert, Halima Kerdjoudj, Cedric Mauprivez, and Rachid Rahouadj. 2022. *Biomechanical Tensile Behavior of Human Wharton’s Jelly.* J. Mech. Behav. Biomed. Mater. 126:104981. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jmbbm.2021.104981.
This application leads to the following result:

The dataset associated to the identification performed in Baldit et *al.*, 2022 is also available:
