Connection / Deconnection and Account creation handled - TODO : style. Fixed issues with favourites, which are now synced with the database and local favourites, and merged on creation

Non tested -> favourites are synchronised with database when connected TODO : make database connection on every page

Favourites are stored in cookies, and Blurred recipe view sends feedback back to RecipeList (or any other window opened in the tab) when closed to update favourites

Changed many things, fixed advancedSearch (missing overview of selected ingredients), RecipeList, and added a loading screen when switching screens

Added autocomplete input field for all ingredients on the advanced search page and fixed inclusion issues in php by duplicating Doonees.inc.php
